Equipments

OMLI started out in 1976 as a small laboratory serving the local mining industry. In close to 30 years, it has grown into a complete facility catering to various industries for a number of services—proof of OMLI’s dynamism and commitment to total quality service relevant to a continuously evolving society.
Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer

The workhorse of the mineral section, this is the preferred instrument for ASTM (USEPA) standard test methods.

Gas Chromatograph

Allows the identification and quantitation organic constituents in various samples. It involves isolation and concentration of the organic from a sample by solvent or gas extraction.

Metallurgical Laboratory
A complete metallurgical laboratory gives OMLI the best results in precious metals assays.
Spectrophotometer (UV-VIS)
The ultra violet absorption is utilized for the quantitative determination of organic and inorganic at low concentration.
Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP)

TheICP emission spectroscopic technique has become widely accepted for the analsis if most elements bacause of its simplicity of use, wide linear dynamic range, speed and accuracy of analysis.

X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer

X-ray fluorescence technology (XRF) provides one of the simplest, most accurate and most economic analytical methods for the determination of the chemical composition of many types of materials.
